TBMM'ye 'TTB'den Türk ifadesi çıkarılsın' teklifi sunuldu

MHP Gaziantep Milletvekili Ali Muhittin Taşdoğan, Türk Tabipleri Birliği (TTB) isminden 'Türk' ifadesinin çıkarılmasını öngören yasa teklifini TBMM Başkanlığı'na sundu.

MHP’li Taşdoğan’ın imzasıyla TBMM Başkanlığı’na sunulan yasa teklifi ile 6023 sayılı 'Türk Tabipleri Birliği Kanunu'nda değişiklik öngörülüyor. 5 maddeden oluşan teklif, kanun isminde ve metninde bulunan 'Türk Tabipleri Birliği' ibaresinin 'Türk' ifadesinin çıkarılarak 'Tabipler Birliği' olarak değiştirilmesini amaçlıyor. Tabiplerin TTB'ye üye olma zorunluluğunun da kaldırılarak isteğe bağlı hale getirilmesi öngörülüyor.

Teklifin gerekçesinde; kamu hizmeti dışında çalışan hekimlerin zorunlu üye olmasından gücünü alan TTB'nin, tüm doktorlar adına söz söyleme, hekimlik alanlarına müdahil olma ve mesleki disiplin açısından yargılama haklarına sahip olduğu belirtildi. Dünyadaki uygulamaların aksine Türkiye'de ulusal doktor derneklerinin tek elde toplanarak TTB'nin yetkilendirildiği, böylelikle bütün tabiplerin kaderinin, birliğin insafına bırakıldığına dikkat çekilip şöyle denildi:

"Milli birliğin tesisini zedeleyen açıklamalar ve kamuoyu vicdanını rahatsız eden beyanlar vermek tabip meslek mensuplarının ve STK'lerin işlevi olmamalıdır. TTB'nin, milli güvenlik meselelerinde bile terör odaklarıyla aynı görüşü savunması, vatan savunması yapan kolluk güçlerimizin moral ve motivasyonuna zarar vermesi, terör örgütlerinin savunuculuğunu yapan birliğin isminin başında 'Türk' ibaresinin geçmesi kamuoyu vicdanını ve aynı görüşü savunmayan ancak kamu dışında çalışmak için üye olmak zorunda kalan tabiplerimizi rahatsız etmektedir."
