Sağlıkta şiddet yasası hazır: Para cezasına çevrilemeyecek

Ak Parti Milletvekili Prof. Dr. Arife Polat Düzgün sağlıkta şiddet yasasının hazır olduğunu bildirdi. Ak Parti sağlıkta şiddeti önleme amacıyla bir yasa teklifi hazırladı. Ak Parti Milletvekili Prof. Dr. Arife Polat Düzgün Aydınlık’a yaptığı açıklamada sağlıkta şiddeti önlemeye yönelik yasa teklifinin Ak Parti Grubunda imzaya açıldığını belirterek, “İmzalar tamamlandıktan sonra Teklif meclis Başkanlığına sunulacak. Bu arada teklifimizi meclisteki diğer grup yöneticilerine de ileteceğiz. yapılacak görüşmelerden sonra sağlıkta şiddeti önleyecek yasanın Meclis’te oy birliği ile kabul edileceğine inanıyorum” dedi. Arife Polat Düzgün sosyal medyadan yaptığı açıklamada da “Sağlıkta şiddet yasasını inşallah bu hafta çıkaracağız” ifadelerini kullandı. Bu arada, Ak Parti Grup Başkanvekili Bülent Turan, MHP grubu ile hazırladıkları sağlıkta şiddetin engellenmesine yönelik kanun teklifini, Meclis Başkanlığı'na sunacaklarını bildirdi. Teklife göre hiçbir şekilde sağlık çalışanlarına şiddet uygulayanların cezası para cezasına çevrilmeyeceği, ve hapis cezasının kesin şekilde uygulanacağı öğrenildi. Bu değerlendirmeler ışığında Sağlıkta Şiddet sorununun çözümü noktasına çok yaklaşmış durumdayız. Bu yasa artık çıkmalıdır. Sağlıkta Büyük değişimlerin şafağındayız.
