Zam beklentisi ilaç sıkıntısı yarattı!

Zam beklentisinden dolayı eczanelerde birçok ilaç bulunamıyor. Vatandaşın eczane eczane dolaşarak aradığı ilaçlar arasında hayati önem taşıyan kanser, kalp ve şeker gibi hastalıklar için reçete edilen ilaçlar da var.

İstanbul'da eczanelerde şubat ayı sonunda yapılması beklenen ilaç zammından dolayı piyasada bazı ilaçlar bulunamıyor. İddiaya göre, zam beklentisi nedeniyle bazı firmalar piyasaya ilaç vermiyor. Zam beklentisi yüzünden piyasaya sürülmeyen bazı kanser, şeker, kalp, hatta grip ilaçlarını bile eczanelerde bulmak zor. Eczacılar, günde en az 10 hastanın aynı ilacı sorduğu fakat bulamadığını belirtiyor.

Milliyet gazetesinden Gökhan Kam’ın haberinde görüşlerine yer verilen Fatih Çapa'da bulunan Turgut Eczanesi'nin sahibi Cem Turgut, "Grip ilacından hayati önem taşıyan ilaçlara kadar yok. Kanser ilacı, çarpıntı ilacı kadar hatta en basit grip ilacını bile bulamıyoruz. Depolarda da yok. Bu aralar zam geleceği söyleniyor. Ya firma stokluyor, ya da depolar. Günde en az on hasta aynı ilacı arıyor ama bulamıyor" dedi. 

Zeytinburnu'nda bulunan Merkez Şifa Eczanesi'nde çalışan eczane teknikeri Tayfun Aslan da, "Bazı ilaçları bulmakta çok zorluk çekiyoruz. Zam geleceği için çoğu ilaç yok. Psikiyatri ilaçları, el titreme ilacı, grip ilaçları da dahil. Firmalar piyasaya sürmüyor. Mesela bir tane kan sulandırma ilacı var, piyasada yok. Hastaların bu ilacı kullanması lazım. Kullanmadan duramıyorlar. Hastalar mağdur oluyor. İnsanların sağlığı söz konusu. Bir an önce bu duruma bir çözüm bulunmalı" dedi.

Esenler'deki Sevinç Eczanesi sahibi Turan Kunt ise, "Zam beklentisinden dolayı ilaçlar piyasada yok. Kalp hastalıkları ilaçlarında şeker hastalığı ilaçlarına kadar hastalar için hayati öneme sahip ilaçlar şu an bulunamıyor. Uzun zamandır piyasada bu sıkıntı vardı. Firmalar kazanamadığını düşündüğü için zam beklentisi oluyor, bundan dolayı da bin tane ihtiyaç varsa bunun 100 tanesi piyasaya sürülüyor" ifadelerini kullandı.

“3-4 AYDA BİR YAPILSIN”

İstanbul Eczacılar Odası Başkanı Zafer Cenap ise sorunla ilgili, "Zam yılda 1 kez oluyor. Bu da Şubat ayında açıklanıyor. Bundan dolayı ilaç firmaları zam yapılmasına 1-2 ay kala ilaçlarda kısıtlamaya gidiyor. Piyasaya verdikleri ilaç miktarlarını düşürüyorlar, bu seferde ilaç bulunamıyor. Zam geldikten sonra yeni fiyattan ilaçları satabilmek için böyle yapiyorlar. Bunun son günlerini yaşıyoruz. 19 Şubat'tan itibaren zamlı fiyata geçilecek. Sonra yavaş yavaş ilaç sıkıntısı azalacak diye düşünüyoruz. Bu konuya yönelik tedbirler alınmalı. Sağlık Bakanlığı'na önerilerimiz var. Bunlardan en çok işe yarayacağını düşündüğümüz önerimiz de ilaç zamlarının yılda bir kez olmaması. İlaç zamlarını üç ayda bir gibi dört ayda bir gibi periyodik zamanlamalara bölersek o zaman yüzde üçlük dörtlük artışlara bölersek bu kadar sıkıntı yaşamayız. Biz son iki aydır İstanbul Eczacılar Odası olarak bir yerden bize ilaç sorulduğunda bütün illerimize sorgulatıyoruz. Tuzla'dan bir hasta ilaç sorduğunda Silivri'den ilacını bulup bir şekilde temin etmeye çalışıyoruz. Bunda yüzde yüz başarılı değiliz ama çok ciddi oranda sorunu çözmeye çalışıyoruz." değerlendirmesinde bulundu.
