Tıpta Ve Diş Hekimliğinde Uzmanlık Eğitimi Yönetmeliğinde Değişiklik Yapılmasına Dair Yönetmelik

Resmi Gazete'de yayınlanan ve 31075 Karar no.'lu yönetmelik değişikliğine göre Tıpta ve Diş Hekimliğimde uzmanlık eğitimi alan hekimlerin deprem, sel baskını ve salgın gibi afet durumlarında aynı il içerisinde olmak üzere görevlendirilmesinin önü açıldı.

Sağlık Bakanlığından gelen yönetmelik değişikliği ise şöyle:

TIPTA VE DİŞ HEKİMLİĞİNDE UZMANLIK EĞİTİMİ YÖNETMELİĞİNDE DEĞİŞİKLİK YAPILMASINA DAİR YÖNETMELİK

MADDE 1 – 26/4/2014 tarihli ve 28983 sayılı Resmî Gazete’de yayımlanan Tıpta ve Diş Hekimliğinde Uzmanlık Eğitimi Yönetmeliğinin 11 inci maddesinin dördüncü fıkrasına aşağıdaki cümle eklenmiştir.

“Ancak deprem, sel baskını, salgın hastalık gibi olağandışı ve hizmetin normal olarak sürdürülemediği hallerde uzmanlık öğrencileri, hekimlik görevlerini yürütmek üzere eğitim gördüğü kurumun dışındaki aynı il sağlık tesislerine 3 ayı geçmemek üzere görevlendirilebilir. Bu görevlerde geçen süreler eğitim süresinden sayılır.”

MADDE 2 – Bu Yönetmelik yayımı tarihinde yürürlüğe girer.

MADDE 3 – Bu Yönetmelik hükümlerini Sağlık Bakanı yürütür.
