Odasında sırasıyla gelen hastalarına, görevinin gereği olarak özverisi falan bir kenara bırakalım, devletin verdiği mevzuat dahilinde işini yaparak hizmet ediyor.Bir kadın geliyor.Kimliği yok.Kim olduğu belli değil, adını söylüyor ve “bana bu tahlilleri yap” diyor.Elinde bir liste.Özel muayenehaneye gitmiş; kadın doğum uzmanı bazı tetkikler istemiş.Muayene ücretini ödemiş. Tetkikler pahalı gelmiş.Tetkikleri nerede yaptırırım diye düşünmüş ve aklına aile hekimi gelmiş.Aile hekiminin de hekim olduğunu, laboratuvar görevlisi olmadığını bilmiyor.Onu “hizmetine amade laboratuvar görevlisi” olarak görüyor. Ona öyle anlatılmış belki de.Hekime muayeneye değil işini yaptırmaya gelmiş, talebi sağlık değil, cebinden daha az para çıkmasını sağlayacak bir yol.Hekim arkadaş yine de yardımcı olayım demiş.
