'Sahte doktor' Ayşe Özkiraz'ın tahliye talebine ret

Tekirdağ'ın Çerkezköy Devlet Hastanesi'nde kendisini 'pratisyen hekim' olarak tanıtan, sahte diploma ile görev yaptığı anlaşılınca tutuklanan ve 13 yıla kadar hapsi istenen Ayşe Özkiraz (21), 2'nci duruşmada tahliyesini istedi. Mahkeme heyeti, Özkiraz'ın tutukluluk halinin devamına karar verdi.

Çerkezköy Devlet Hastanesi'nde kendisini 'pratisyen hekim' olarak tanıtan ve diğer doktorların şüphelenip, şikayette bulunmasıyla gözaltına alındıktan sonra sahte diploma ile hastanede görev yaptığı anlaşılan Ayşe Özkiraz, 25 Ekim'de tutuklandı.

Tekirdağ T Tipi Cezaevi'ne konulan Özkiraz, avukatı aracılığıyla karara itirazda bulundu. Özkiraz'ın avukatının bir üst mahkeme olan Çerkezköy 3'üncü Asliye Ceza Mahkemesi'ne yaptığı tutukluluğa itirazı reddedildi.

Çerkezköy Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı, Ayşe Özkiraz ile ilgili soruşturmayı tamamladı. Özkiraz hakkında hazırlanan iddianame, Çerkezköy 5'inci Asliye Ceza Mahkemesi'nce kabul edildi.

İddianamede Özkiraz hakkında 'resmi belgede sahtecilik' suçundan 2 yıldan 5 yıla kadar, 'özel belgede sahtecilik' suçundan 1 yıldan 3 yıla kadar ve 'yetkisiz hekimlik suçlarını düzenleyen 1219 sayılı kanuna muhalefet' suçundan 2 yıldan 5 yıla kadar hapis cezası istendi.

Ayşe Özkiraz'ın yargılanmasına, Çerkezköy 5'inci Asliye Ceza Mahkemesi'nde, bugün 2'nci duruşma ile devam edildi. Özkiraz, duruşmaya SEGBİS ile bağlanırken, salonda avukatı ile Çerkezköy Devlet Hastanesi'nin avukatı hazır bulundu. Özkiraz, önceki duruşmadan beyanlarına katıldığını belirterek, tahliyesini talep etti.

'NİSPİ EKSİKLİK VAR, DELİLLER HUKUKA AYKIRI' 

Ayşe Özkiraz'ın avukatı Oğuz Kağıtçı, daha sonra savunma yaptı. Özkiraz'ın mahkeme salonunda doğruları söylediğini kaydeden Kağıtçı, "İddianame sayfalarında savcı çelişiyor. Sahte olduğu anlaşılıyorsa cezalandırılması talep ediyor. Bir evrak sahte olduğu anlaşılıyorsa ceza olmaz.

Savcı, mütalaasında Ayşe Özkiraz'ın cezalandırılmasını ve tutukluluk halinin devamını istedi. Mahkeme heyeti ise Özkiraz'ın tutukluluk halinin devamına karar verip, duruşmayı 21 Şubat'a erteledi.
